what is it?

Service Contracts offer our customers a simpler and more economical way to schedule their seasonal service.

Service Contracts are mailed out to all our existing customers in the fall. If you have not received your copy, or have misplaced it, please contact the office and we will gladly send out another copy.

If you are a new customer, please give us a call and we will send one out to you.

By returning your Service Contract with payment by March 31, 2008 and indicating your wishes for the season, you will benefit from the following;

automatic servicing

Regular seasonal services, such as the Fall Closing and Spring Opening, will be arranged automatically so our customers no longer need to call us. Instead, we will automatically call you when the time is right.

Customers who are signed up for service contracts also receive priority scheduling throughout the season.

more savings

In the event that service is needed, you will receive prompt service at a discounted rate. This work will be provided at a more economical price than if we were contacted on an "as needed" or "per job" basis outside of a contract. The reduced total cost of your system's maintenance, combined with the discounted rates on additional service, make a Service Contract an appealing option for all our customers.

Opening

Spring openings include a fixed amount of labor at a reduced rate in order to get your system up and running properly for the upcoming season.

Closing

During the fall closing we blow compressed air through your system to evacuate all the water and prevent freezing damage.

Discount

You will receive all the service that is included in that service contract as well as any additional service and material discounted at the appropriate rate.
