Residential

JOHNSON IRRIGATION's standard warrantee guarantees all of our systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years from date of installation.

On newly installed systems JOHNSON IRRIGATION will extend our standard warrantee by an additional three (3) years for a total of five (5) years. This extended warrantee will remain in effect for the duration of time that the owner subscribes to a Gold Service Contract. The extended warrantee will terminate upon the passing of the 5th anniversary of their installation date or once the client no longer subscribes to a Gold Service Contract.

Commercial

JOHNSON IRRIGATION's standard warrantee guarantees all of our systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from date of installation.

This warranty does not cover failure or defects of the components associated with the sprinkler system resulting from accidents, abuse, misapplication, fire, freeze, flood, acts of GOD, or damage caused by service to the sprinkler system by anyone other than a JOHNSON IRRIGATION representative.

JOHNSON IRRIGATION’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at JOHNSON IRRIGATION’s option, either:

• repair or replace the custom designed sprinkler system or hardware (parts) that do not meet JOHNSON IRRIGATION’s warranty

OR

• return of the price paid.
